Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Brendan Mathews is my boss at Surf Town Coffee Co. In Newport Or. I had no experience when he hired me in May. The shop is simply stated all the coffee is Organic and Fair Trade He roasts it on site in the shop. He has created the "Peruvean Longboard dark roast" "Peru.-ShortBoard Light Roast" with beans he had shipped from Peru. Our menu is fun it includes the basic's: americano, latte, cappuccino, mocha, breve, chai, hot chocolate, steamersu get the idea. Then we have smoothies ( smooth creation = real fruits+vanilla soft served Ice cream+all real fruit juice ) and of corse for the non dairy ( all fruit smoothies) ... I love my job it's always a happy invernment. It doesn't just stop at the coffee drinks either we have six different tea blends, t-shirts, hoddies, and surf towns original (recycled hand made) backpacks. I am still learning so much and am very interested in tips tricks and drinks that any one is willing to share. ;) you can always check out the shop at Surftowncoffeeco.com I just hope I get to learn how to roast
