I work for a chain of local coffee shops as a coffee and espresso trainer as well as a espresso machine tech. I love to learn about the history of coffee and its purpose and preparation in different areas of the world.

Ever since I first began learning about coffee I have not been able to stop. A general interest quickly turned into an intense passion which grows every day. I spend my time reading, preparing, experimenting and drinking coffee.
