Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
The shop I am employed at is a fairly new addition to the industry, and is privately owned. As someone who has been a part of the shop essentially from the beginning I have some insights about problems faced by newer coffee shops, albeit from an employee's standpoint. As far as my barista skills go I am knowledgeable but desire refining, which is the reason I am here.

While I have been in the industry for some time, I have recently become much more interested in the world of coffee. This has developed into a strong desire to learn and sculpt my skills.
