About Me:
Semi-retired from real estate syndication business, looking for opportunity for a family-owned business that can serve the community, grow, produce income, and give customers a unique coffee experience.
About My Company:
Company recently created to own and operate a 1200 sf coffeehouse in a multi-use residential community, with housing, YMCA, elementary school, and large athletic park adjacent. Will operate with an aviation theme.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Possibility of offering truly great coffee to those who have not yet had such an experience.
