I've been a barista for 5 years, an apprentice roaster for 1 year, trainer for three of those years, and training specialist for the past year and a half. I know enough about coffee to know I don't know much.

Gimme! has been in existence for 9 years. I've been with them for 5. We roast our own, and have 7 shops - two in New York City, five in the Ithaca area.
