I work in a luxury hotel in beautiful downtown Asheville. Though our espresso machine is a super-automatic and doesn't let me do what I want to do, we have an extensive coffee culture in town. With a little help from other cafes and friends I can still be excited about the future of coffee in Asheville.
About Me:
I'm 31 years old. A writer and actor, but coffee is my obsession and hobby. I have a wide variety of coffee making appliances at home (from pour-over to French Press, Stovetop, and semi-automatic.)
