About Me:
I began in the coffee industry as a barista with a mall franchise, moved into management at the location and then went to work for Starbucks. I assisted with opening several new markets for Starbucks before I branched out and pursued my own operations.
About My Company:
We were a full service roasting company that, unfortunately due to the economic downturn, had to shut our doors in 2008.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
building customer relationships and seeing the repeat business
