Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am particularly interested in espresso- I have worked in various types of shops in my few short years in the industry and I have always taken an interest in the process behind making coffee, not only the final product. In my first coffee job, if something went wrong, I not only found out how to fix it, but made sure I knew the specific reason as well. As an avid coffee drinker, my motto as a barista is "I never hand out a drink I wouldn't drink myself." People seem to appreciate that. I am teaching myself latte art, but would love some help honing my skills!

About Me:

I went to school for years studying biology and art, but when I started working, I found my true passion behind the espresso machine. I would like to explore the coffee industry as a whole, improving my skills as a barista and learning the roasting process as well. My goal is to eventually have my own little shop.
