Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have owned The Donut House in Anacortes, WA that served Fidalgo Bay Coffee when Gary Sawyer was the roaster. We had a drive through as well as walk-in.I have also owned aria bakery and cafe in Murphys who also uses Fidalgo Bay Coffee. I have a small espresso trailer now that I use very infrequently at fairs and festivals. It is super cute!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I am interested in any Pacific Coast from Canada to Cabo. I am also interested in visiting a plantation one day. I speak Spanish.

About Me:

I have been an owner of two shops and now I am interested in the roasting side as well as perfecting my barista skills. I want to put together a comprehensive training program for people who want to learn how to make coffee drinks.
