Hi, I work at Pablo's Coffee in Denver. My titles include Barista, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Assistant to the Chief Dishwasher. I also do all the roasting of samples from our importer and facilitate their evaluation, although I'm not sure what that job title is. I love coffee.

Probably anywhere.

I love Pablo's... I think we've worked out something special there. I like that we're a flat company and anybody can contribute in any way. Our coffee is the shit.
