Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I own a small shop in Blowing Rock NC. I am a coffee GEEK and I love getting the chance to educate my customers on our coffees. The Bald Guy Brew is the name of my shop. My partner: The Bald Guy....has a shop in Boone NC right donw the road from me. We roast all of our own coffees and we specialize in fair trade and organic coffee. The Bald Guy goes to coffee countries around the world meeting coffee farmers and finding speciallty coffees through co-ops.
As far as barista skills are concerned, I have been spinning drinks on and off for about 8 years and if I can make a living at it....well that would be just fine with me and my family.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I love Italy. I would love to go back some day. I would like to travel to many places, BUT I opened my coffee shop in the spring of 2010.... so for now, I am just fine with hangin out here and spinning drinks on my beautiful 3 group Astoria who we call Roxanne....

the people... no other industry has such a devoted following of people who care about what they do and those involved.
