Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have learned quit abit as a home barista and will be taking those skills professionally to the next level. I owned my own roasting business for a while and enjoy roasting. I have diligently practices latte art and did some competitions and will continue to improve my skills. I have also worked on espresso extraction for some time. and various drinks as well. I have made many contacts and met many peeps in the industry.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Italy would be great I have never been out of the country.

I have been on and off in the industry for the past 5 years. I owned my own roasting business that shut down last year sadly. I am currently unemployed. I worked for apple and have been employed in IT on and off for the past year. Looking for the right coffee opportunity for a Barista Lead with mad skills. I started a web show called the coffee enthusiast.
