    Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

    I know what great espresso should taste like. I know how to achieve a great pull every time. I was trained by the best in Seattle and became a trainer myself. Currently I'm training baristas in New York, hoping to change (for the better) the status quo of artisan coffee in the big city.


    What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

    I would love to consult and train in places like London, Paris, Boston, L.A., San Francisco, Cape Town, Melbourne, and anywhere in New Zealand.


    About Me:

    My name's Jasper. I'm a Seattle-trained barista, highly skilled in espresso prep and milk prep and subsequent latte art. I live in New York City and am also a freelance composer for the advertising world. I love espresso, and can't stand bad espresso. I'm a music nerd as well, with working stints as a producer at KEXP FM in Seattle, and Music Education from New York University. Music and espresso, that's me.


    About My Company:

    I train currently at Oren's Daily Roast in Manhattan. We have 9 locations in Manhattan, and a roasting facility in Jersey. We have over 40 different origins, but our espresso skills lag, which is why I've been brought in. One store at a time, I'm hoping we can not only serve 'New York's Best Cup of Coffee' but also 'New York's Best Espresso'.
