Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Java Beanery & Bakery is the student run coffee shop on EIU's campus! We use Seattle's Best Coffee products so we are kind of like a Starbucks. We sell any type of coffee drink along with smoothies, bagels, muffins, pastries, and ice cream! Java personally bakes all of our muffins, bagels, and pastries to perfection and let me tell you...they are DIVINE!!!
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would LOVE to travel to Paris, France because I know the coffee shops would be amazing!! Also, I have a culinary degree so the food would be WONDERFUL, and ofcourse the wine tastings!!
About Me:
I manage the Java Cafe on Eastern Illinois University's campus. I've worked in a coffee shop before Java for 3 years and love working with coffee!!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love the people, aroma, cheerfulness, and atmosphere of coffee shops!
