Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I love my Coffee shop. I've been here for 3.5 years, and I still get excited to go to work. I'm pretty proud of my cap foam, chai, and this point am only ashamed of my latte art. Any tips?
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
A lot more of North America. New zealand, and Australia would be nice. I would also like to go check out italy and taste some of their caffeinated delights!
About Me:
I Have a pear tattoo on my neck, the symbol of our coffee shop. I also have the T.S. Elliot quote "I have measured out my life with coffee spoons" on my hip. These days, I'm usually drinking drip with a touch of soy. Getting back to the basics.
About My Company:
Local roaster, Local Milk, Most of the Baristas live within two miles of the shop. Loose leaf tea, Damn tasty beans. Dedicated Baristas.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love talking to customers, and sending them back out into the world with a tasty beverage.
