About Me:
I manage some of the most amazing baristas I have ever met. And I couldn't be happier.
About My Company:
Portola Coffee Lab is the first real 3rd wave coffee shop of Orange County CA. It has a Hario v60 pour-over bar, siphon bar, 3 BUNN trifectas, and our very own Slayer Espresso Machine. We roast our own coffee on a revelation hybrid coffee roaster. So we are brewing with a slayer and saving the planet, can't get much better.
