aspiring barista, really want to learn correct techniques on pulling proper shots and foaming milk but real training is not available at the cafe where i work.
About Me:
i'm not a purist when it comes to espresso. but i will stop by intelligentsia three times a day when i'm in chicago. depending on which town i'm living in at the time i have to travel either 1 hour via public transit or 3 hours via car to get a decent latte. and when i want to have a cinnamon dolce latte instead of a slice triple chocolate fudge truffle cake for an after dinner dessert i will go to *$'s because they are the only accessible (by distance) place still open at 9pm. so shun me. but i do believe in "variety is the spice of life."
