I've been involved in training some of the first WBC world champions from Denmark. I've been doing a lot of training and demos for illy as well.
About Me:
Apart from a life long dedication to espresso, I'd like to blow off some of the myths in espresso brewing whenever I come across one.
About My Company:
A young company of espresso machine manufacturers, but with a family history that dates back to 1954. We only manufacture and sell high end precision machines. Main goal is espresso quality and consistency in commercial or laboratory environment.
