Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I spent a year and a half as a barista at a 'coffee cart' in the local university. We had a semi-automatic machine. I learned how to deal with high traffic and high stress. In the lulls I learned how to maintain quality and perfect the basics. I am currently working at a local coffee shop, where I am learning better techniques and unique recipes.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Kyoto, London, Sydney, Chicago, San Francisco.
About Me:
I am a husband, and adore my wife. I love learning just about any trade that takes skill and talent. I went to school for art, have spent the last 13 years swing and blues dancing, and I carve Briar tobacco pipes. I've spent the last 19yrs in Colorado. I'll be celebrating my 30th birthday this coming February.
About My Company:
I work at Jilly Bean Java, in Fort Collins Colorado. We opened this October and have a great team. I'm proud to be a member of this team of baristas.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The Craft, know that there is a proper technique and getting it right.
