Ive been pulling shots for almost a decade...Ive been training baristas for about 7 years...and Ive been with MilkBoy Coffee for 3 of those. It was an amazing opportunity to see a shop grow from an idea being thrown around between 5 guys to a thriving coffee shop with tons of live music and art...with a supportive community of musicians, artists and a few crazy people. I love the crazy people.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere...cross country....outside the country........and so he says to me, you got legs, baby, you're everywhere…you're all over the place! Yeah!

I like coffee, and Im not a girl.

rockin free trade, organic coffee and teas, real machines, live music, lots of vegan and meaty food, paint and chalkboards and more music. Major and his flowers and feathers....anne sheehan trout and her crazy ransom letters...recording studio....jazz open mic....guitar hero tournaments.....open reel nights.....balls hanging from the ceiling half the year....random parts of manikins everywhere....ardmore hoodies...latte art.....kids shows...byo shows...weird celebrities and semi-celebrities....a happy family of baristas...it's a freakin experience.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
meeting people and doing what I love everyday...watching shots of espresso.
