Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We have been serving the Aptos area for 20 plus years. There is a small staff of 12 people and we are like family. In the last 2 years we have begun to practice latte art and we tamp all our espresso by hand. Along with our other two cafes in Santa Cruz, we are best known for perfecting individual drip coffee using our BrewBar brewing system.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
There is no place I am not interested in traveling to.

I have worked for Santa Cruz Roasting Co. for 8 years as a Barista, supervisor, adminastrator, and manager.
About My Company:
We are a locally owned coffee roaster and distributer, with 3 cafes in the Santa Cruz area. We roast a wide variety of coffees including many Fair Trade Organic options.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Coffee makes people happy!
