Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have just recently been involved in "real" coffee...I am slowly becoming a coffee and espresso snob. I find myself scoffing at Starbucks everytime I pass one. I am soaking up any and all information I can about sustainable coffee and different techniques of espresso extraction and milk steaming...Or really anything to do with the sustainable coffee industry.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I want to go everywhere. No exclusions.
About Me:
I started in coffee about 4 years ago at J. Marbles(RIP). It was located in my home town, Texarkana TX. But to try to compare it to anything I have been involved with now, would be just silly. Automatic machine...bleh. I am now living in Tarrytown, NY and I work for Coffee Labs Roasters.
