Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
The first year and a half of experience consists of me spending countless hours of sitting on a bar stool gazing longingly at a La Marzocco Linea as it pulled tasty shots of creamy Black Cat (inteligencia) goodness. Most of my coffee "know how" up to this point hat been harvested from my old local artisan espresso shop owner and my cousin. Sadly, all of my practical experience is limited to a few weeks at a crappy shop in my town, ugh.

Tokyo, Chicago, Seattle, New York, etc.
