I work at a coffee shop and make cups of coffee almost everyday, but I am not a certified barista yet!

I love coffee, especially a shot of espresso that is very freshly brewed... I study cell biology, and trying to figure out my life after graduation....
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
