What is your position in the coffee industry?

barista, manager, barista trainer, coffee enthusiast, industry professional

Where are you located? ( City and Country )

    Calgary

How many years have you been in the industry?

    6 years and counting

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?

    maybe

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

The coffee shop that run is called Caffe Artigiano, and the one that is in Calgary is the first location outside of Vancouver, I have trained many aficionados in latte art, espresso background and also am a huge fan of the La Marzocco, so you may say that I? know my machine.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Europe, ( Italy, France, Africa) and then move down south but I really mean south, yea Argentina.

    About Me:

I have been in the service industry for over 14 years, always trying to expand my knowledge in food, wine, and for the last 6 years coffee, I moved from Argentina, when I was 3 for the first time and I have been going and coming, I now manage Caffe Artigiano, After completing my sommelier coarse I thought to myself if you can taste so many different flavours in wine coffee has to be very similar and that is what i am doing at this moment, coffee tasting but we call it cupping

    About My Company:

Caffe Artigiano was first started in Vancouver by two brothers Vince and Sammy Piccolo, they opened in 2001 and ever since they have been introducing what i like to call real coffee culture in Vancouver, Sammy has won many awards in the WBC and Vince opened his own coffee roaster, They sold the company to a gentleman by the name of Willie Mounzer and continued to introduce quality coffee to the rest of Canada. Now Williie is taking the company into his own hands with the help of the brothers and expanding, bringing real flavors around Canada.
