What is your position in the coffee industry?

    barista, barista trainer, coffee enthusiast

Where are you located? ( City and Country )

    Pennsylvania, USA

How many years have you been in the industry?

    1 1/2

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?

    maybe

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

We try to appeal to every customer, we serve everything from drinks for customers with more acquired tastes such as Gibraltar’s and Cappuccinos to the more Starbucksy drinks like flavored lattes. I myself have been a barista for about 1 and a half years, and am the shops master barista. That may sound fancy but really all it means is I’m a barista who trains all the other baristas, makes recipes for new drinks, dials in every machine, and decides when we’re gonna start using which single origin coffees and when. So like half of the managers job.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

    Italy, England, Scotland, and Ireland

    About Me:

I’m pretty young, 16 to be exact. And in my time of being a barista I’ve gained a good bit of knowledge about the coffee world. Now I’m not saying I know a lot of what there is to know, I’m just saying I knew a lot more than I did before I became a barista. I definitely want to turn my love of coffee into a career, not just a part time job I do when I’m not in school. That’s really it about me.

    About My Company:

I thought I already explained this in a previous box...

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

It’s hard to pinpoint one thing I love about this. I love the people, watching them walk in grumpy as can be and seeing them leave slightly less grumpy because now they have coffee. There’s also the creativity, I love to come up with drinks. And the artistic side of it, like latte art and stuff.
