Long time amateur who made the leap into professional barista in May 2012. Currently plying my trade at The Press Room in Surbiton. La Marzocco FB80, Mahlkonig grinder and Has Bean coffee. Big fan of the Hario V60 and just coming to grips with the Aeropress and Siphon.
