Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have a very small coffeeshop in the northwest corner of Ct., near where Ct, Ma, and NY meet. I think I take my interest and passion for espresso coffee seriously. We get our espresso from Barrington Roasting Co. which is in nearby Ma. We get our coffee for brewing from Equal Exchange. I enjoy the various web sites that relate to espresso and coffee making. The demographics in this area are a much older population with high income. However, there are very few people here that display much of an interest in espresso preparation. We are the center of town-that is the meeting place of many of the townspeople. I like to talk coffee and interact with other like minded folks. Looking forward to this web site. What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Not interested is travel. I would like to host baristi from other parts of the country or the world.
About Me:
Iam an old guy who found and fell in love with coffee a long time ago and am finally getting to play at my fantasy, that is, owing my own coffeehouse.

We are a small company myself and maybe three other employees. I am a baker and like to make my own breakfast pastries.
