Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have been a barista for about a year and a half, and for the other year and a half i roasted packaged and distributed coffee. I love the business and plan on opening my own shop within the next few years, but right now i am stuck at a franchise store that seems to only be a fast food place playing coffee shop. I am looking for a shop or roastery in the lansing, mi area that might be looking for a new addition to there team that is knowledgable, and enthusiastic about the job.

Im 24 years old, been doing coffee for 3 years and love it. I have two certificates from the SCAA one for intermidiate level craft roasting, and one for hands on roaster maintenance.

I work for Biggby Coffee, and just really want to get back to a shop that is about the product rather than the price
