We have 3 locations, and all are quite similiar...yet each location is sooo different. All with incredible service and pallate pleasing liquids. 2 serve food. 1 has a drive thru, 1 in a college and all serve ice cream. THE HEAVY EMPHASIS IS ON ESPRESSO. PERFECTLY EXTRACTED ESPRESSO...THE VERY SOUL OF ALL SPECIALTY COFFEE.

Locally only at this time. Upstate NY Area
About Me:
48 years old husband and wife (25 years married) "close to washed up." Going straight to the top or straight to the bottom.
About My Company:
3 locations, projected 08' payroll $300,000 + and at times I'm the only one NOT getting paid.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
