Worked as Production Manager for Zoka Coffee where I cupped alot and learned about roasting and the subtleties of single origins and fine espresso. I now refurb brewers and some espresso machines for Fonte Coffee
Did some Barista work in Scotland at Starbucks and at a stand on Bainbridge Island
