What is your position in the coffee industry?

    barista

Where are you located? ( City and Country )

We're on the same block as the Lenin Statue down in Fremont.

How many years have you been in the industry?

I began training my palate two years ago.

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?

    yes

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I work as a barista and I know some technical stuff, too. When I taste a good cup of coffee, I think first about the how and the why.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Norway. And I've never been to Idaho. I'd like to go to Idaho, or at least take a train across it. I would hate to die without having been to Idaho.

    About Me:

While wandering the country two years ago I spent two weeks sitting in a coffee shop in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Since then, coffee has become my all-consuming passion and my ultimate goal is to do it permanently in Norway. I also am a devoted cyclist, a casual accordionist and I love me a good book on a lazy afternoon.

    About My Company:

Stickman Coffee is the baby of Dismas Smith, located down in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. We apply water, heat, and sometimes milk to Borogove Coffee. I would love to pull you some shots, so stop by.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

It is where I find intellectual, artistic and social stimulus. Oh yeah, and sensory stimulus, too.
