I have been in management for 36 years, in the IT Industry. I am a Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt instructor. I am a Youth Minister at Generations Church in Spring, Texas. I have been roasting coffee for 4 years and have had my business for 3 years.

I specialize in Single Origin coffees.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The coffee itself and all the people involved in coffee just to get it to your cup.
