Newer to the coffee business, but have quickly found it to be something that interests me. Trained by 3 different roasters/baristas with 3 different styles on an espresso machine.

About Me:
My Family just opened at coffee/wine bar and we are all new to the specialty coffee business. I have taken over the management of the coffee side of things, and am continuing to educate myself on the fine art of coffee. I never realized how much effort went into making a proper cup of coffee, or shot of espresso.
About My Company:
The Artisan Gourmet Market is a combination Coffee/Wine Bar, with an attached specialty gourmet meat market. We serve a variety of drinks/food including: latte's, espresso, local drip coffee, hot and iced tea, fresh prepared sandwiches, pizza, soups and salads, wine, and beer
