What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Im a travel bug and always interested in exposing myself to new cities and cultures, so, for me, any opportunity to travel and improve my trade is an opportunity worth exploring. Specifically, I'd love to work in and have the opportunities to explore Ireland, Poland, and Colombia. Ethiopia, as the birthplace of the bean I have grown so intimate with, would be an amazing opportunity. I've spent some time in Spain, and would jump at the chance to return.
About Me:
I've been working primarily with coffee for the past 3 years. I currently live and work in San Francisco and when I'm not pouring cappuccinos behind the bar at CoffeeBar I enjoy making music, seeing concerts, painting, and skateboarding.
About My Company:
CoffeeBar serves as the retail representation for Mr. Espresso, a traditional Italian roaster operating out of Oakland since 1978.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I feel privileged to be able to work with an artisan product, sourced a world away, and to be empowered to take all necessary steps to do these superb beans their due, ensuring only the finest extractions.
