About Me:
Until recently I lived in Italy where I got hooked on espresso and espresso culture. Now back in Amsterdam I started a small business that offers a two day training programme to restaurant and bar personel who wish to increase their espresso making skills and wish to do so in their own working environment with their own machines and materials. The programme is aimed at the (relative) novice (i.e almost all of us here in Holland) looking for an efficient and affordable way to get started on the way to making great espresso (and greater profit).
