I have owned and operated 1 sit down cafe and 1 kiosk. These were both great experiences and while I prefer the sit down experience, I like the simplicity of the kiosk. I have done some consulting, training and am still learning and loving every minute of it.

We roast using 2 San Franciscan roasters focusing on sourcing and roasting the best coffees available. Best coffee in Boise for sure.
