Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm familiar with the introduction of coffee. I can coach a person who has had no prior coffee experience through a list of drinks that will challenge the palate. I am fairly new to hand-tamped espresso and I thoroughly enjoy the science behind brewing methods as well as the regional differences of coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Chicago, the Congo, New York, San Francisco, Brazil, Australia.
About Me:
I'm young. I'm unlocking potential. I am an artist. Coffee is one of my aesthetic outlets. I have worked for the "Green Siren" for one year and have decided that anybody that loves coffee could learn so much more at a decent independent. My endeavor is to work for Intelligensia in Chicago.
About My Company:
RELAX (it's just coffee) We feature Manual pour-over, chemex, clever, and soon siphon brewing methods. Our shop puts an emphasis on quality product and customer interaction. Both the owner and myself have a deep appreciation for art and decided to integrate the shop with artists. The Industrial theme of RELAX doubles as an edgy art gallery and a place for local music to be heard and sold. We like challenges and aim to put a mark in the world with the space.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
the symbiotic connection between people, coffee, and art.
