Café Au Lait has branched out to be a Barista Academy in El Salvador, for two years we have been training baristas and have students get to the final round from Honduras and El Salvador. We promote the barista carreer and excellence in every cup we prepare.

Does not matter, all over the world if necessary to keep learning about COFFEE.
