Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Have spent 6 years working as a barista in an Italian espresso bar. Less technical and more focused on Italian tradition than the American "Coffee House" feel.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
The whole globe.
About Me:
I have been involved in coffee, particularly Italian espresso, since my first year in high school. I enjoy brewing espresso and tasting different blends from different regions and roasters. I enjoy the personal aspect of espresso more than the technical. I find it rewarding the brew a cup for a customer to his/her liking, to their desired strength, in their prefered cup, etc., before they even make through the front door of the espresso bar.
About My Company:
Soltazza has revolutionized single-cup brewing. It has introduced the MiniBarista to the world of espresso enthusiasts, while keeping in mind the tastes of the majority of all American coffee consumers, coffee & tea. The MiniBarista delivers a high pressure brew, allowing you to make a TRUE espresso using 45mm E.S.E. pods or ground coffee. It is revolutionary in that it also brews European style coffee, up to 7 oz. out of a 45mm coffee pod (available through Olde World Gourmet - OWG) and brews a tea with any standard tea bag. Soltazza is committed to being environmentally friendly, and as such, includes features, such as auto shut-off, on their home units to conserve energy. Log onto the website for more information.
