About Me:

I've worked off and on in coffee for the past while, but finally really started getting serious about it after realizing that I was happiest when brewing, pulling, tamping, and loving coffee for the people who care enough to wait just a little bit more time for a cup coffee. So, I started getting back into it, and through the fortune of some shiny unicorn deity, I was fortunate the start working for an awesome company with a great coffee guru to help me...like Yoda...but Coffee Yoda...Oh, and I scribble short stories in between cups.
