I spent years making McLattes at a handful of coffee shops before landing at Waves of Grain in my beautiful sleepy little beach town of cannon beach april of 2010. Here I've started to learn the real craft, science, and art of truly artisan espresso drinks. I'm still a newby to 'proper' espresso craft but am anxious and excited to learn more and hone my skills even more.
