Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Well before I started working in the industry, I was making my own Espresso drinks at home wih my person espresso machine. However, since I have started working at White Rock Coffee as a barista I have picked up much better techniques for making cappuccino's and latte's, as well as other Espresso based drinks. I am currently being trained to free pour latte art and have already got a pretty decent grasp on etching.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Anything cities in Texas or at least states close by. Possibly other states or countries i the future.

About Me:

I'm a 19 year old Sophomore in college. I'm currently attending UT-Dallas for Mechanical Engineering, and whenever I'm not in class or doing homework I'm Working at WRC (white rock coffee) or practicing my latte art with Jarred Hamilton. On the rare occasion I'm not working with espresso or engineering, I'm practicing my skills on the drums which i have been playing for a little under 10 years now.

About My Company:

White Rock Coffee is a Dallas based and locally owned and operated Coffee house. The owners Bob and Nancy Baker have owned and operated the shop for just around 6 years now. Bob Baker roasts all of our espresso as well as all of the coffee we brew and sell in house and online. We have won the Best coffee house and best cup of coffee 3 times.
