    About Me:

a restautanteur at heart I found myself in the coffee business and have never looked back. working in retail, construction and much more.....jack of all trades master of none. it's been an exciting learning experience.

    About My Company:

Kaldi’s was started in 1994 by Howard Lerner and Suzanne Langlois, who opened up the Kaldi’s Coffeehouse in DeMun as one of St.Louis's first independent coffeehouses. They roasted their own coffee beans for the shop, and set up Kaldi’s Coffee Roasting Company to wholesale their coffee to other specialty retailers, eventually selling Kaldi’s coffee and an array of espresso bar products to more than 300 customers (restaurants, markets, cinemas, universities, offices) in the Midwest. Kaldi’s specializes in organic and Fair Trade coffees, and uses traditional small-batch roasting techniques. Kaldi’s roasting facility is located in mid-town St. Louis. In addition to wholesaling coffees, Kaldi’s also distributes a full line of espresso bar products, such as drinking chocolates, hot teas, iced teas, blended frozen drink mixes, smoothie bases, bubble tea supplies, and paper products. Kaldi’s coffee is certified organic and Kosher.
