Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have been working as a barista for 1 year. I began attempting latte art about six months ago and am still learning. The shop where I work is called Plate 21. The owner opened it with the purpose of selling high quality, organic, fair trade coffee. Since opeing we have become our end of town's living room. Customers rarely leave without running into friends or family, or meeting someone new. It is also a great place to get a great traditional cap.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I have been to China and Honduras. I would one day love to visit europe and enjoy some of Italy's famous espresso.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

the aroma of a great cup of coffee, the taste of a perfectly blended cap, and all coffee in general.
