I've pulled shots in 2 different states and 1 federal district at 6 different cafe's, everyone a unique experience. I've roasted coffee, trained other baristas, swept and mopped floors,been jack of all trades and played psychoanalyst to a host of characters that would have boggled Charles Dickens mind.
