About Me:
Back in 2003 my family and I were visiting Rome, Italy. I was already a coffee drinker at that time, at least so I thought. Fascinated by the coffee habits of the Italians I decided to try it there way. Standing at the counter briskly consuming this very strong very viscous concoction slightly astringent yet invigorating none the less. The new beverage entered my daily repertoire as espresso. Been trying to recreate that experience here in the USA ever since.

Small shop in North Carolina on the Cape Fear River called Folk's Cafe.
