About Me:
I´m in the business because I love coffee, I´ve been a barista for sometime and currently I´m also encharge of coffee roasting. I´d like to learn about coffee cupping too.
About My Company:
We are a micro-roaster located in South Mexico, one of our missions is increase coffee culture in our country, where unfortunatelly is still too low.
