About Me:
Worked for Coffee Supreme in New Zealand directly and indirectly since I was 16, also worked for Origin in Cape Town for 2 years. Love to surf, play music, pull shots, drink shots, wine beer or anything else handy and bathe in San Pellegrino or day old roasted beans.
About My Company:
One of the few speciality roasters in the country (ZA) and will have a roastery open to the public within 8 months.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Great question! Having coffee beans crack underfoot evertime I get into my truck!
