We roast in small batches on a Diedrich IR 7 kilo, and taste with the help of a La Marzocco GB5 and a few Mazzer grinders.
About Me:
I have been in the coffee industry for 6 years, working as a barista and now roaster. I work for an independent micro-roaster in the Los Angeles area, where we roast 100% Organic specialty grade coffee.
